This week they had an army of scarecrows. Scarecrows. Next week they
have a swarm of flying monkeys and the Tin Man. That and the CONSTANT
background music, (Torchwood takes that to new levels of hideousness),
it's very annoying. Although old-skool Dr Who was pretty cheesy at
times, the new Dr Who frequently veers wildly away from Science Fiction
into some weird sub-genre of fantasy. All very dissatisfying.
